Believe it or not, but Jordan Peele‘s upcoming re-imagining of The Twilight Zone is actually the third revival of the iconic sci-fi anthology series. While the original show will obviously be hard to top, there’s certainly room for a modern-day crop of stories set in that wondrous land whose boundaries are that of imagination – The Twilight Zone. We’re less than a week away from the release of the star-studded CBS All Access series and a new trailer has been released which gives us a disturbing peek into this new dimension of sight, sound, and mind. If you’re not able to watch the above trailer due to your location, there’s one on The Twilight Zone’s official Twitter page which should work.
Among the actors who have taken part in The Twilight Zone’s first season are Adam Scott, Kumail Nanjiani, Tracy Morgan, Seth Rogen, Greg Kinnear, Steven Yeun, John Cho, Jacob Tremblay, Sanaa Lathan, Taissa Farmiga, Allison Tolman, Zazie Beetz, Chris O’Dowd, and many more. Executive produced and hosted by Jordan Peele, the reboot will bring “the original show’s legacy of socially conscious storytelling to modern day audiences, exploring the human condition and holding a lens up to the culture of our times.“
The first two episodes of The Twilight Zone will debut on CBS All Access on April 1, 2019.
