Cinemacon: Universal panel teases Ma, Yesterday, Good Boys, Cats, and more!

Cinemacon, Universal, Yesterday

Our own Editor-in-Chief Paul Shirey is our boots on the ground for this year’s CinemaCon in Las Vegas, and recently, he’s been blowing up the official JoBlo Twitter account with updates from today’s Universal panel. While the presentation remains ongoing, the studio has already teased the lion’s share of their upcoming releases. Included on the schedule was a presentation by Jim Orr, who talked up the studio’s JURASSIC WORLD: FALLEN KINGDOM, NIGHT SCHOOL, THE GRINCH, GLASS, HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON 3 and US box office results. Shortly thereafter, showcases for THE SECRET LIFE OF PETS 2, Octavia Spencer‘s MA, Will Packer‘s LITTLE, Danny Boyle‘s Beatles-centric drama YESTERDAY, and Seth Rogen‘s crass teen comedy GOOD BOYS took center stage.

Ah, but Universal’s offerings didn’t stop there. The studio also paraded details for QUEEN SLIM, Dreamwork’s upcoming animated feature ABOMINABLE, LAST CHRISTMAS, FAST & FURIOUS PRESENTS: HOBBS & SHAW, Tom Hooper‘s theatrical adaptation of the Broadway musical CATS and more!

You can follow Paul throughout the entire presentation by checking out the tweet-storm below:
